Donna and Lauren Schrim bring a distinctive mother-daughter perspective to luxury real estate, combining decades of experience, entrepreneurial insight, extensive market knowledge, and a shared commitment to exceptional service.

Originally from Sandusky, Ohio, Donna began her real estate career in the 1980s. As a waterfront developer, she played an instrumental role in revitalizing Battery Park Marina, one of the largest marinas in the country. She was also a partner in the rezoning of a Bluegrass property in Versailles, Kentucky, which was subsequently sold to a residential homebuilder. Donna’s entrepreneurial background also includes overseeing the expansion of three china and glass retail stores across Ohio and Illinois.

A Naples resident since 1999, Donna has more than 26 years of real estate experience. As a top-producing Luxury Real Estate Advisor, she specializes in luxury homes, golf and country club communities, waterfront properties, and estate residences throughout Southwest Florida.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Lauren moved to Naples in 1999 and began her real estate career alongside Donna. She later spent eight years selling real estate in Austin, Texas, before returning to Naples. Lauren brings more than 17 years of experience in real estate sales, transaction management, brokerage operations, and luxury client service. Her attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of the transaction process ensure that clients receive organized, responsive, and professional representation from start to finish.

After successfully working together throughout their careers, Donna and Lauren have reunited as The Schrim Team. Together, they provide personalized guidance and meticulous attention to detail, building lasting client relationships through integrity, discretion, trust, and exceptional service. Outside of real estate, Donna and Lauren enjoy spending time with their clients, volunteering in the community, and relaxing with their beloved dogs.
