Meet Lauren Schrim

Lauren Schrim is a Naples-based Broker Associate with more than 17 years of experience in luxury real estate, transaction management, and client service. A Naples resident since 1999, Lauren offers extensive local knowledge and a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every transaction.

After successfully working together throughout their careers, Lauren and her mother, Donna, have reunited as The Schrim Team, combining their experience, integrity, and commitment to exceptional service.

Outside of real estate, Lauren enjoys spending time with her dogs, boating, relaxing at the beach, horseback riding, painting, reading, cooking, baking, running, and volunteering in her community.
