She is known for being highly organized, responsive, and attentive, while creating an experience that feels personal rather than transactional. Real estate is also a family business for Lauren. She and her mother, Donna, have worked together at different points throughout their careers, and after pursuing opportunities that expanded their individual experience and expertise, they have reunited as The Schrim Team. Their partnership combines Donna’s decades of sales success and longstanding relationships with Lauren’s multifaceted real estate background and modern approach to marketing, communication, and client service. Having called Naples home for more than 25 years, Lauren offers her clients more than knowledge of the local real estate market. Outside of real estate, Lauren embraces the lifestyle that makes Naples such a special place to live. A devoted dog lover, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, days at the beach and on the water, boating, and running. Her creative side comes through in her love of painting, cooking, and baking, while reading and horseback riding are among her favorite ways to unwind. Giving back is equally important to Lauren, and she enjoys volunteering and being involved in the community she has called home for most of her life.
